Simon has been an active Real Estate Broker in California for over 42 years and Joetta has been an active Real Estate Agent in California for 31 years. Simon has specialized in land sales to builders and commercial properties and Joetta has spent her career in Residential sales. We decided to team up about 6 years ago because so many of our clients became friends and so many of our friends were clients. Simon's passion is creating Art and he's an amazing Metal Sculpture, he has a discriminating eye for design and Joetta loves collaborating with him. Joetta also loves to entertain so they create and incorporate soothing ambiance whenever they can! In fact, many of our clients love asking us for advice on remodeling when we are showing them properties. We moved to Sedona about 3 years ago and decided to settle in and Make this special place our home. I was born and raised in Munich, Germany. I also lived in Switzerland and Austria. I moved to Florida in 1999. I have been involved with Real Estate in many forms: buyer, seller and landlord. I enjoyed real estate so much that I obtained my Sales license in 2007 and my Brokers license in 2008. I enjoy helping people find the right property. I became a US citizen in 2009. My husband, John Incorvaia, Esq. (JD,LLM) and I bought a home in Palm Coast in 2005. We built a new house in Flagler Beach in 2015 where we lived with our dog Nina. Sadly we lost Nina in 2020 at the age of 14. In 2022 we bought a lot in West Sedona. We moved to Sedona in 2023 and started to build our dream home. I obtained my Arizona Brokers license in 2024. We live in West Sedona with our Golden Retriever Bella. I am fluent in both English and German.
